100 Days to change your ways is a plan aimed at people who have a BMI of 37+ (40m is classed medically as morbidly obese). What we offer at 100 days to change your ways is an easily adaptable plan that will fit into you life, changing the way that you think about food end exercise over the coming 100 days. I will guide you with a unique food and exercise plan that is tailored to your needs especially for you. The aim of the program is to loose weight and increase confidence by setting your own personal goals (and achieving them) bringing your BMI into a lower bracket thus reducing the risks of type 2 diabetes, stroke, obesity related cancers and heart disease. Health Begins Here

Here at 100 Days I offer a unique personal service tailored to each individual. I analyse what you are eating and advise you as to where you are consuming empty calories and cut them out completely. I also advise on what foods you should introduce or eliminate from your daily diet BUT while we are doing this you can still eat all of your favorite foods. This is NOT A DIET, this is a life style choice that you can implement over the next 100 days with my help, advice and support.
I also look at what exercise that you are doing on a daily basis, this is not necessarily going to the gym to do a work out but how much movement you are actually doing in a day, I will analyse your daily movements, recommend small steps that will help you burn calories depending on what you personally want to achieve. You will have to put in some effort and as the program moves on we will re-evaluate your plan through each phase so that you get the best results achievable.

I have looked up the meaning of the word WELLNESS in the dictionary and the meaning that it gave me was.......
1. the quality or state of being healthy in body and mind, especially as the result of deliberate effort.
2. an approach to healthcare that emphasizes preventing illness and prolonging life, as opposed to emphasizing treating diseases.
I believe that wellness comes from within and is very personalised and specialised state of mind which will mean different things to different people.
Wellness to me is about taking time out for myself and doing something for me, which many people just don’t do. My idea of wellness is popping off to a spa for the day where I can have a massage and really take time to chill out. I can’t take my phone with me so there are no calls, emails or social media demanding my attention. Sometimes in life it’s time to think about you and your own wellness. You can’t look after others if you can’t look after yourself! What’s your idea of wellness and how are you going to achieve this? More importantly when are you going to start?

The UN-FIT Jogging club

Up and coming EVENTS

The UN-FIT jogging club is for people who want to change their lifestyle but don't know how to or for people who have never run before and don't know where to start.

We walk and power walk the course which is flat and in an industrial site (so its not on a main road).The course is 0.9 miles long and no one will be left behind regardless of your ability. You don't need to posses gym gear just pop along in comfortable clothes and supportive shoes/trainers and have some fun.

We have completed a 6 week course in January 2018 which was a great success.

New Dates will be added shortly.

Josie and Leon will be offering a Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced course for just £2 per session (payable at the beginning of the course)


About Me

Josie Davis

Hi My name is Josie and i just wanted to tell you a little bit more about myself and how i came to create 100 Days to change your ways. Way back in 2007 i decided to create 100 Days to change your ways. I did all of the research that i could and i compiled a folder with all of my findings regarding the obesity statistics for Gloucestershire and the UK, i included the ideas that i had and how i was going to implement them along with the equipment that i needed and my Business plan. 

I took myself off to the business enterprise center Gloucestershire who kindly informed me that i would need to do case studies and would need much more information before they would even consider helping me. I walked away really despondent, I had worked so hard but it seemed that i hadn't achieved anything.

I was working full time and i was a single parent of 3 children at the time and i didn't feel that i had the physical time or the effort to do any real case studies to prove that my theories worked. I put my idea on the back burner and got on with raising my children, 10 years passed and the concept of 100 days never went away.

Finally in 2016 i had the opportunity to finally start my 100 days plan, firstly i tried it myself and confirmed with fantastic results that the plan worked, I then asked for volunteers to prove that my 100 days plan will work on anyone regardless of whether you want to loose 2lb or 202lb and guess what they came up trumps too with a significant weight and inch loss.

Will i have to buy specialist equipment  or special food supplements?

No, just purchase your 100 Days plan and that is all you will need.

I have tried lots of diets and none of them have worked!

This is not a Diet, it is a life-style change and i am here to help you the whole way with help, advice and support.

I am a really fussy eater and i don't like trying new foods, what will you make me eat?

Firstly, i will not make you eat anything you don't want to eat. Secondly, you will carry on eating the food that you do now but healthier versions.
